Page 18, line 12 is clearly erroneous because public records indicate                                                           
that meander corner 1 of  U.S. Survey 1370 is identical to corner 2 of                                                          
lot 1 U.S. Survey 3811, not U.S. Survey 3911.  In addition, the                                                                 
meander line described from this point is stated to be the meander line                                                         
of U.S. Survey 3811.                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Page 18, line 17 is clearly erroneous to anyone skilled in reading legal                                                        
descriptions because the description in bill sec. 26 does not close.  The                                                       
change needed to correct the description is also obvious because the                                                            
description of the meander line of U.S. Survey 3811 in the bill is                                                              
identical to the description of the meander line of U.S. Survey 3811 in                                                         
the publicly available field notes of the Bureau of Land Management                                                             
surveyor for U.S. Survey 3811, except that in the field notes the                                                               
relevant description is "South 25 degrees 52 minutes East, 2.56                                                                 
chains" instead of "South 31 degrees 54 minutes 00 second West,                                                                 
225.06 feet".  (A surveyor's chain is equal to 66 feet.)  When the                                                              
description of this leg of the meander in the field notes is substituted                                                        
for the description of this leg of the meander in the bill, the total land                                                      
description in sec. 26 does close.                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Please publish a copy of this in the journal in order to provide notice
